When I first launched Planning Forever, LLC I positioned myself as a full service wedding planner because honestly that’s what I loved SO much!
From engagement to the second the couple was sent off through a sparkler exit, I loved helping them make their vision come to life.
As someone who has planned a wedding myself, I know firsthand how stressful the entire process can be and I always wanted to be the person that could minimize some of that stress and help the couple focus on the FUN instead.
And don’t get me wrong – I’m still all about those things! But the way that I do it has changed just a bit.
Since adding a sweet little baby to our family, I wanted to find a way to offer the same level of service to my clients without jumping into the full planning role.
Because honestly, sometimes a couple doesn’t need a full planning package to bring their dream day to life.
After working with clients in various capacities, I’ve realized that some people need help with just a timeline creation or simply need guidance on when to do what.
Others need help just during the month of their wedding, while some need hands-on help just for the rehearsal or ceremony.
With all of these things in mind, I’ve re-structured how you can work with Planning Forever, LLC in 2024 and each of these service offerings serve as a way for you to choose what you need specifically.
Instead of spending time trying to customize my full planning package to tailor different needs, I’ve narrowed it down to what I’ve seen couples need most.

Wedding Coach Package
The Wedding Coach Package has been designed for the love birds who simply need guidance on the planning process, budget review and tips, etiquette advisement, review of your vendor contracts (checking for mistakes & potential issues), and ultimately a game plan for the next steps in your planning process.
Most of the time when I start working with couples, we find that getting started is the hardest part. As a couple, it can feel overwhelming to start the planning process because you simply don’t know when to do what.
With the Wedding Coach Package, you’ll have a chance to ask me all of your questions and receive expert advice for your next steps.
This package includes:

Set Up Only Packages
Only looking for assistance setting up the ceremony and/or reception on the day of? You got it!
Depending on the size of your wedding, you may find that a full planner or even a day of coordinator isn’t necessary. I want you to be able to hire exactly what you need, so if your only concern is getting decor set up where it needs to be or making sure vendors are in the right spot, I’ll make it happen!
With the Set Up Only Packages, we’ll connect to discuss your day specifically and create a game plan together so I can fully take on the responsibility of day-of set up where needed.
Timeline Creation
One of the most important parts of planning a wedding is ensuring that the timeline is strategic and thoughtfully streamlined, but it’s often one of the most confusing or overwhelming parts for couples when planning their big day.
Who needs to be where by when?
When does XYZ take place?
When should we do ____?
There’s a lot of questions that typically come up in the timeline creation process, which is why I’ve decided to dedicate an entire service offering to this alone.
Many couples feel like once they have the timeline set in stone, they can run with it! And if that’s you, I’m here for it.
Month of Coordination
This is for the couple who has already planned most of the wedding details and simply needs help wrapping up loose ends and making sure the day runs smoothly.
This is becoming a super popular option among couples because let’s face it: the majority of wedding planning is FUN and a lot of brides prefer to be the one doing it.
If that’s you, I love it and I’m happy to come in during the last month to ensure that everything is properly planned and ready to go so that you can fully enjoy your big day!
With the Month of Coordination, I’ll take on the responsibilities of:
Providing you with a wedding planning checklist beforehand
Reviewing vendor contracts
Creating a custom wedding timeline and 3D floor plan
Facilitating communication with vendors
Coordinating both the wedding rehearsal and the wedding day
Month of Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination
Many times couples find that they really only need assistance with the rehearsal and ceremony coordination.
And I totally understand this! These are two of the most important events of the wedding as a whole, so it’s crucial that they run smoothly from start to finish.
As your rehearsal and ceremony coordinator, we will work together during the month of your wedding so that I can ensure that:
The wedding party and family knows where they need to be and when
The event starts and ends on time
Music is cued at the appropriate time
That everyone is prepared and confident to walk down the aisle
That the ceremony runs smoothly from start to finish
Month of Cocktail and Reception Coordinator
On the other hand, there are some couples who prefer that their cocktail hour and reception is the thing that receives extra assistance, so if you’re more in need of that and feel confident in running the rehearsal and ceremony on your own, that’s another option!
Similar to the Month of Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination, with this option, we will work together during the month of your wedding so that I can ensure that:
The wedding party and family know where they need to be during cocktail hour
Everyone is seated and ready for your grand entrance
First dances and speeches take place exactly when they’re supposed to
The cake is cut at the perfect time
The reception runs smoothly from grand entrance to send off
